Welcome to Your20s. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Your20s mobile application (the “App”) and website located at https://your20s.app.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Your20s provides motivational and perspective-based messages designed for people in their twenties.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with the operation or security of the App
Copy, distribute, or modify App content without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of misuse.
Your20s offers optional premium features through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s payment policies.
The content provided in Your20s is intended for motivational and informational purposes only.
While we strive to provide helpful and positive content, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.
Your20s should not be considered professional advice of any kind.
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, and branding, is the property of Your20s unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from the App without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your20s and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
